PROGRAM FEATURES
$10K Grant
Each Blavity.org Growth Fellow receives a non-dilutive $10K grant, resources from corporate partners, and 1:1 mentorship with industry leaders.
MONTHLY WORKSHOPS
Fellowships include 2 educational workshops each month of the program — one focused on executive leadership and the other on learning a new skill.
12 FELLOWS PER ROUND
During each six-month fellowship round, we select four Growth Fellows for each of our fellowship categories: Creative, Startup, and Retail.
FELLOWSHIP RETREAT
Fellowships culminates in a virtual retreat where Growth Fellows and Mentors can celebrate their growth and experiences with the program.
criteria

Full time founder with a commitment and capacity to accelerate progressive change.

Greater than two (2) contract or full time employees.
three
Raised less than three (3) million dollars in venture funding.
four
Average monthly revenue 10k-200k (for Creative Fellows 50k followers) with the potential to scale quickly and effectively.

Identifies as African American, Black or has a stated commitment to the Black community.
six
Structure agnostic, the company can be for profit or not for-profit.
